Warta Jatim, Surabaya - Ketua Komisi Hukum Nasional JE Sahetapy mendesak Mabes Polri menerbitkan Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan (SP3) kasus Bibit - Chandra. SP3 itu dibutuhkan untuk mengaktifkan kembali kedua pemimpin KPK tersebut.

Menurut JE Sahetapy, polisi tidak berwenang menghambat diterbitkannya SP3 kasus dugaan suap dengan tersangka Bibit Samad Riyanto dan Chandra M Hamzah, Wakil Ketua (nonaktif) KPK. Sebab, polisi tidak memiliki bukti kuat untuk membawa kasus ini ke pengadilan.

“Polri harus secepatnya mengeluarkan SP3. Setidaknya mereka memiliki inisiatif yang baik dalam menyikapi keputusan pembatalan Pasal 32 ayat 1 huruf c Undang-undang KPK,” ujar JE Sahetapy, Kamis (26/11).

Dia berharap Bibit dan Chandra bersabar dan tidak tergesa-gesa aktif kembali sebagai pemimpin KPK. Dia yakin Pejabat Laksana Tugas Wakil Ketua KPK Ahmad Santosa dan Waluyo akan menerima keputusan ini.

“Perppu Plt Pimpinan KPK sifatnya hanya sementara. Jika Bibit dan Chandra aktif kembali, otomatis Plt Wakil Ketua KPK akan ditarik. Tujuan perppu tersebut untuk mengisi kekosongan KPK. Jadi, tidak perlu dipersoalkan lagi,” kata JE Sahetapy. (red)

Warta Jatim, Surabaya - Sekitar 132 anak terlibat tindak pidana di Surabaya, selama Desember 2008 hingga November 2009. Mayoritas anak yang terlibat tindak pidana, berasal dari keluarga miskin dan kurang perhatian orang tua.

Menurut Ajun Komisaris Polisi, Moh Nur Hidayat, Kepala Urusan Bina Operasi Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal Polwiltabes Surabaya, 59 kasus pencurian yang melibatkan anak disertai penganiayaan dan kekerasan. “Dari kasus yang kami tangani, sebagian besar disebabkan faktor ekonomi dan perhatian orang tua,” ujar Nur Hidayat, Kamis (26/11).

Nur Hidayat mengatakan, anak-anak yang terlibat tindak pidana mendapat pendampingan dan penyuluhan khusus dari para petugas. Dia mengakui, karena terbatasnya fasilitas banyak anak yang terlibat tindak pidana ditahan bersama tahanan dewasa.

Menurut Sekretaris Masyarakat Peduli Pendidikan (MPP) Surabaya, Nita Tjandarbumi, anak terlibat tindak pidana karena tidak mendapat perhatian orang tua. Faktor lingkungan juga turut mempengaruhi pertumbuhan mental dan kepribadian anak. “Banyak kasus kenakalan anak, disebabkan oleh protes mereka terhadap kurangnya perhatian yang diberikan orang tua,” terang Nita.

Dia meminta polisi memisahkan tempat penahanan anak yang terlibat tindak pidana dengan tahanan dewasa. Selain melanggar Konvensi Hak Anak, disatukannya tempat penahanan anak dan orang dewasa akan memperburuk mental anak seusai menjalani masa hukuman. (red)

Warta Jatim, Surabaya - Puluhan anggota Aliansi Turunkan SBY-Boediono berunjuk rasa di depan gedung Grahadi, Jalan Pemuda Surabaya, Selasa (24/11). Mereka mendesak Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dan Wakil Presiden Boediono mundur, karena gagal memberantas mafia peradilan dan mengungkap skandal dugaan korupsi Bank Century.

Koordinator aksi Lukman Edy mengatakan, proses hukum tidak berpihak pada kebenaran. “Akibat pemerintah tidak becus, kami menuntut SBY-Boediono mundur dari jabatannya. Ini jalan terbaik.”

Selain berorasi, peserta unjuk rasa menggelar aksi teaterikal melempar handuk putih ke gambar Presiden Yudhoyono, sebagai simbol pemerintah keok, memberantas mafia peradilan.

Hermawan, anggota Front Nasional Perjuangan Buruh Indonesia, nyaris ditangkap polisi karena dinilai menghina Presiden. Namun, penangkapan dicegah massa peserta unjuk rasa. “Cara-cara ini seperti pola Orde Baru yang membungkam kebebasan berpendapat,” ujar Hermawan.

Aliansi Massa Turunkan SBY-Boediono terdiri atas Serikat Rakyat Miskin Indonesia, Front Nasional Perjuangan Buruh Indonesia, Partai Rakyat Demokratik, dan Liga Mahasiswa Nasional untuk Demokrasi. (red)
